Population of equipment with line cards, extension cards, and/or hubs, routers, etc. Bench test of equipment our lab. Termination of all phone-related hardware to customer premise. Interface to Music-On-Hold and paging sources where applicable. Support for proper circuit provisioning. Cross-connect of phone switch to telco and to existing LAN, where applicable. ADMINISTRATOR TRAINING: This is where you'll most quickly realize return-on-investment.
A thoroughly trained administrator can implement Moves, Adds, and Changes in a self-determined manner so you don't have to pay a vendor, for example.
END-USER TRAINING: End-users who are confident in system operation will use the equipment to improve on-the-job productivity. Conducted in groups of ~6-8 employees per one-hour session with hands-on practice, users are fully operational the first day of use.
